Kcart Delivery FAQs
Deliveries can be placed at a safe place per request. If Wine or Beer have been purchased, someone of legal in the State of Florida age must be present to accept delivery and provide government issued ID to the driver.
Delivery fees are assesed per zone and region which may fluctuate through the year. Please check your delivery fee prior to placing your order by adding something to your cart and begining the checkout process.
Kcart delivers through out the greater miami area all the way to orlando. Kcart does make special accomodations for special requests. Please reachout to cusomer service to see how kcart can assist.
Orders should be placed at least a few hour prior to requested delivery time. When Items that will not be able to be delivered at reqested delivery time we will reach out to notify prior to order fullfillement

All perishable items will at time of delivery at the appropriate temperture for any product purchased as idicated in the desciption of the product purchased. Kcart Packaging indicates which boxes contain perishable products to immediately be placed in the refridgerator or freezer

To order Beer, wine or alcohol the person opening the account will be required to send a picture of a valid government ID confirming they are of legal to purchase alcohol in the state of Florida
Kcart Payment FAQs
After a order has been placed a Kcart team member will begin processing and fullfilling the order request. Once the processing has been completed and order is available to deliver, will your card be charged.
Kcart Returns/Changes FAQs
You can make change s to your order anytime until proceessing and fulfillmetn have been completed
You can make changes and ammend your order directly from within your account or alternatviely to reach out to customer service
Apon arrival of delivery or shortly thereafter the contents of the order should be inspected and a return request can be made with customer service. Please reach to our customer service team with any method kcart comunucates with. 16 Returns/Changes.
